Violent Suspects Arrested After Months Long Crime Spree

 

SAN ANTONIO, TX – Three suspects have been arrested in connection to a dozen robberies over the last several months in San Antonio.

According to SAPD, 29-year-old Justin Hernandez, 31-year-old Steven Estrada, and 34-year-old Vanessa Isaac were involved in a crime spree from November of 2020 to January of this year.

The trio is facing 24 charges of aggravated robbery after they robbed 13 convenience stores and committed one home invasion.

According to law enforcement, the three suspects will face additional charges.

"In several of the robberies, multiple convenience store clerks and customers were shot at and some were beaten severely with handguns despite not showing any type of resistance," said the San Antonio Police Department in a statement.

Police have identified Hernandez as the main suspect and have confirmed he was recently released on parole for a previous aggravated robbery charge.
