SAN ANGELO, TX – In conjunction with the Concho Valley C.A.R.E.S., the Alcohol & Drug Abuse Council for the Concho Valley will be hosting the annual Kick Butts Day this Tuesday.
Kick Butts Day is celebrated across the nation and is dedicated to empowering youth to stand out, speak up and seize control against Big Tobacco and eliminate youth tobacco use.
As part of the Kick Butts Day celebration, the San Angelo YMCA and Boys and Girls Club Spring Break Camp participants will be receiving tobacco education and playing Kick Ball hosted by ADACCV. San Angelo Police officers will be joining in the fun.
The events will take place on March 16th and 18th from 9:30 a.m.- 11:00 a.m. at the Boys and Girls Club and March 17th from 9:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. at the YMCA.
