United Way to Host Drive for Diapers And Feminine Hygiene Products

 

SAN ANGELO, TX -- During the second half of March, the United Way of the Concho Valley will be hosting a feminine hygiene product and diaper drive. The donations will benefit the Children’s Advocacy Center, Open Arms, Family Shelter, and Concho Valley Council of Governments Head Start program. 

United Way is asking citizens to donate the following items:

  • Tampons
  • Pads
  • Feminine wipes
  • Baby wipes
  • Diapers (sizes: 3,4,5 and 6)
  • Pull-ups (sizes: 3,4 and 5). 

Items can be dropped off at the following locations:

  • United Way office (955 Turner St.)
  • Concho Valley Council of Governments (2801 W. Loop 306 Suite A.)

Donations can also be given through Amazon on a United Way of the Concho Valley Wish List: 2021 Feminine Hygiene and Diaper Drive

"Feminine hygiene products and diapers are an essential need across these agencies," said the agency. "United Way hopes this drive will bridge the gap here in the Concho Valley."
