Family Violence and Drug Possession Arrests Top Monday Booking Report

The Tom Green County Sheriff’s Office, the San Angelo Police Department and the Texas Department of Public Safety made various arrests including the following individuals.

  • Dallion Holt was arrested for THEFT PROP <$2,500 2/MORE PREV CONV at 12:30 p.m. and no bond has been set.
  • Amy Gaitan was arrested for THEFT PROP <$2,500 2/MORE PREV CONV, SEAT BELT-DRIVER, LITTERING FROM A VEHICLE, and MISC VPTA X2 at 6:38 p.m. Gaitan’s bond has been set at $2,248.00.
  • Kenneth Askins was arrested for *MTR* POSS CS PG 1 <1G at 3:42 p.m. and was released at 7:13 p.m. the same day.

Out of the 556 beds available, there are currently 506 in use by inmates at the TGCDF as of Tuesday morning.

The following individuals were booked on Monday, March 8, 2021:

  • Jacob Tarango was arrested for *MTR* POSS CS PG 1 <1G and *MTR* BAIL JUMPING AND FAILURE TO APPEAR at 1:29 a.m. Tarango’s bond has been set at $20,000.00.
  • Dallion Holt was arrested for THEFT PROP <$2,500 2/MORE PREV CONV at 12:30 p.m. and no bond has been set.
  • Sergio Murillo was arrested for *COMM* CRIMINAL MISCHIEF >=$100<$750 at 2:28 p.m. and no bond has been set.
  • Jason Howle was arrested for RPR* DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED 2ND at 3:28 p.m. Howle’s bond has been set at $2,000.00.
  • Amy Gaitan was arrested for THEFT PROP <$2,500 2/MORE PREV CONV, SEAT BELT-DRIVER, LITTERING FROM A VEHICLE, and MISC VPTA X2 at 6:38 p.m. Gaitan’s bond has been set at $2,248.00.
  • Vanessa Simental was arrested for ASSAULT CAUSES BODILY INJURY FAMILY VIOLENCE at 7:07 p.m. and no bond has been set.
  • Joshua Ramos was arrested for POSS CS PG 1 >=1G<4G, SPEEDING, POSS/DEL DRUG PARAPHERNALIA, MISC CPF X4, MISC FTA X1, and MISC VPTA X1 at 9:49 p.m. Ramos’ bond has been set at $2,450.00.
  • Sebastian Montez was arrested for VOP* DUTY ON STRIKING FIXTURE/HWY LANDSCAPE >=$200 at 10:00 p.m. and no bond has been set.
  • Armondo Morales was arrested for FAIL TO STOP AND LEAVE INFORMATION - FIXED OBJECT and VPTA at 4:24 a.m. and was released at 11:58 a.m. the same day on $1,376.00 bond.
  • Paige Perez was arrested for *COMM* DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED 2ND at 10:24 a.m. and was released at 4:28 p.m. the same day.
  • Robert Bonner was arrested for CRIMINAL TRESPASS at 2:02 a.m. and was released at 5:43 p.m. the same day on $500.00 bond.
  • Adam Suniga was arrested for ASSAULT CAUSES BODILY INJ and INTERFER W/EMERGENCY REQUEST FOR ASSISTANCE at 3:58 p.m. and was released at 5:58 p.m. the same day.
  • Kenneth Askins was arrested for *MTR* POSS CS PG 1 <1G at 3:42 p.m. and was released at 7:13 p.m. the same day.
  • Tequil Franklin was arrested for GJI* ASSAULT FAMILY/HOUSEHOLD MEMBER W/PREV CONV at 3:19 p.m. and was released at 7:58 p.m. the same day.
