Galilee CDC Can Help Low Income Residents with Plumbing and Heating Storm Damage

 

SAN ANGELO, TX -- The Galilee CDC announced it has received a grant from the San Angelo Area Foundation to help low-income homeowners with  plumbing and heating damage caused by the winter storm.

“The San Angelo Area Foundation has been closely monitoring the impact that this winter weather has had on our community and the board of directors has approved a $50,000 grant from the San Angelo Disaster Relief Fund to assist vulnerable community members through the work of Galilee Community Development Corporation,” states Matt Lewis, President & CEO.

Galilee CDC is a non-profit that is committed to create and maintain affordable housing in the Concho Valley. 

The organization will be working with contractors and will respond to the needs in the community as quickly as they can.
