Reckless Driver Crashes Into Donut Shop

CISCO, TX – A Brownwood man was arrested after leading police on a high-speed chase and crashing into a donut shop.

According to the Cisco Police Department, officers were dispatched to Hwy 183 South for reports of a reckless driver.

At that time Matthew Dylan Power led police officers, sheriff deputies, and DPS troopers on a high-speed chase.

The pursuit ended when Power crashed into the side of a donut shop.  The donut shop sustained minimal damage.

Power's vehicle was badly damaged and he was treated at the scene by EMS personnel.

Power was charged with evading arrest, driving while intoxicated, and possession of marijuana.
