SAN ANTONIO, TX -- A San Antonio man is facing serious charges for attacking a woman after he became upset a restaurant was closed.
According to SAPD, the suspect, identified as Luis Garza-Chapa, was in the victim's car as they were driving around looking for a place to eat.
According to the victim, Garza-Chapa became upset because he was hungry.
The victim drove the suspect to a restaurant, but the workers took too long, so she drove him to a second location -- but that restaurant was closed.
The duo began to argue and “at one point he punched her face with his closed fist.”
Garza-Chapa then took out a gun and placed it on the console as he threatened to shoot the victim.
He then exited the car and walked over to the driver's side, and told the victim to get out of the car. Garza-Chapa then punched her again and drove off in the victim's car.
The victim called 9-1-1 and was treated by paramedics.
Garza-Chapa was later arrested and charged with aggravated robbery.
