SAN ANGELO, TX – The number of Covid-19 related hospitalizations and the number of new positive cases dropped Saturday according to local health officials.

Active cases: 1,452
Currently hospitalized: 69
There are 46 new positive cases of COVID-19 to report today: 6 PCR cases and 40 antigen cases.
The Texas Department of State Health Services (DSHS) is reporting there are 848 staffed hospital beds in the San Angelo Trauma Service Area with 105 patients hospitalized as of Friday prior to this report.
