Two Killed In Fatal Plane Crash

 

WOODBRANCH, TX -- A fatal plane crash left two people dead on Sunday morning.

According to local media reports the crash happened in the area of Linnwood Street around 8:40 a.m.

The plane has been identified as a single-engine aircraft, a Grumman AA-5A Cheetah. The plane has four seats and was registered to a licensed pilot in Porter, according to the FAA.

The two victims have not been identified at this time.

The FAA is taking the lead in the investigation in collaboration with the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB).
