Assaulting a Child and Possession of Jazz Cabbage Arrests Top Wednesday Booking Report

Out of the 556 beds available in the new jail, there are 478 currently in use by inmates in TGCJ as of Thursday morning.

The Tom Green County Sheriff's Office, the San Angelo Police Department and the Texas Department of Public Safety made various arrests including the following individuals:

  • Tyler Westerman was arrested for POSS CS PG 3 < 28G and MISC PAROLE VIOLATION at 12:37 a.m. His bond has been set at $1,000.00.
  • Fabian Martinez was arrested for AGG SEXUAL ASSAULT CHILD and MISC BENCH WARRANT at 12:13 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Christian Guzman was arrested for POSS MARIJ <2OZ, POSS CS PG 2 >=4G<400G, and UNL CARRYING WEAPON at 10:31 p.m. His bond has been set at $1,500.00

The following were booked into the TGCJ on Wednesday (09/30/2020):

  • Tyler Westerman was arrested for POSS CS PG 3 < 28G and MISC PAROLE VIOLATION at 12:37 a.m. His bond has been set at $1,000.00.
  • Fabian Martinez was arrested for AGG SEXUAL ASSAULT CHILD and MISC BENCH WARRANT at 12:13 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Zane Haby Brown was arrested for SALE/DISTR/DISPLAY HARMFUL MATERIAL TO MINOR and ONLINE SOLICIT OF A MINOR at 5:23 p.m. HIs bond has been set at $500.00.
  • Cameron Oldaker was arrested for RPR*POSS MARIJ <2OZ and RPR*RACING ON HIGHWAY AT 8:34 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Christian Guzman was arrested for POSS MARIJ <2OZ, POSS CS PG 2 >=4G<400G, and UNL CARRYING WEAPON at 10:31 p.m. His bond has been set at $1,500.00.
  • Jason Ray was arrested for VOP*POSS MARIJ <2OZ and VOP*POSS DANGEROUS DRUG at 11:21 p.m. His bond has been set at $8,000.00.
  • Heather Brown was arrested for RPR*CRIMINAL TRESPASS and MISC CPF at 11:30 p.m. Her bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Charles Morton was arrested for DRIVING W/LIC INV W/PREV CONV/SUSP W/O FIN RES at 3:48 a.m. His bond has been set at $500.00.
  • Victoria Cogburn - Mueller  was arrested for GJI*CREDIT CARD OR DEBIT CARD ABUSE at 11:45 a.m. Her bond has not been set at this time.
  • Elizandro Lopez was arrested for RPR*DISPLAY FICTITIOUS MOTOR VEHICLE REGISTRATION at 5:33 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Austin White was arrested for MINOR IN POSSESSION - ALCOHOL  at 10:42 p.m. His bond has been set at $442.00.
  • Richard Valenzuela was arrested for PUBLIC INTOXICATION at 8:53 p.m. His bond has been set at $462.00.
