Threatening a Peace Officer and Burglary Arrests Top Tuesday Booking Report

Out of the 556 beds available in the new jail, there are 462 currently in use by inmates in TGCJ as of Wednesday morning.

The Tom Green County Sheriff's Office, the San Angelo Police Department and the Texas Department of Public Safety made various arrests including the following individuals:

• Jose Zavala was arrested for TERRORISTIC THREAT AGAINST PEACE OFFICER/JUDGE, POSS MARIJ <2OZ, DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED / OPEN ALCH CONTAINER, DEFECTIVE BRAKE LIGHTS, NO DRIVER LICENSE, NO LICENSE PLATE ON FRONT/REAR, MISC FTA X2, and MISC VPTA X3 at 1:48 a.m. His bond has been set at $16,328.00.
• Shawn Moerke was arrested for BURGLARY OF VEHICLES, GJI*CREDIT CARD OR DEBIT CARD ABUSE, GOB*POSS CS PG 1 < 1G, and CRIMINAL TRESPASS at 10:15 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
• Crystal Rios was arrested for POSS MARIJ <2OZ at 10:35 a.m. Her bond has been set at $1,000.00.

• Sabrina Orona was arrested for GOB*BURGLARY OF HABITATION, THEFT PROP >=$100<$750, and CRIMINAL TRESPASS at 4:25 p.m. Her bond has been set at $500.00.
• Trena Friday was arrested for ASSAULT CAUSES BODILY INJURY FAMILY VIOLENCE at 4:43 p.m. Her bond has not been set at this time. 
• Christopher Pintor was arrested for MISC FTA*DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED CLASS B at 4:47 p.m. His bond has been set at $5,000.00.
• David Arambula was arrested for HARASSMENT OF PUBLIC SERVANT, RESIST ARREST SEARCH OR TRANSPORT, POSS/DEL DRUG PARAPHERNALIA, and CRIMINAL TRESPASS at 7:19 p.m. His bond has been set at $1,662.00.
• Michael Fuentes was arrested for GOB*ASSAULT CAUSES BODILY INJURY FAMILY VIOLENCE at 7:43 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
• Marco Smith was arrested for *J/N* UNAUTH USE OF VEHICLE and GJI*BAIL JUMPING, and  FAIL TO APPEAR FELONY at 7:55 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time.
