SAN ANTONIO, TX — San Antonio Police arrested 23-year-old Alexis De La Campa after he allegedly impregnated an underage relative.
According to KSAT, De La Campa began a sexual relationship with a 14-year-old relative in July of 2019.
According to the arrest affidavit, the victim told police they had engaged in “sexual intercourse on multiple occasions.” She also told police the relationship became “more serious at the beginning of 2020.”
De La Campa allegedly paid an Uber for the teen to visit him at his apartment at least once.
The victim is now 15-years-old and 10 weeks pregnant.
De La Campa was arrested on Sunday and charged with sexual assault of a child. His bond was set at $40,000.
