Fraud and Possession of Jazz Cabbage Arrests Top Tuesday Booking Report

The Tom Green County Sheriff's Office, the San Angelo Police Department and the Texas Department of Public Safety made various arrests including:

• Arturo Ornelas was arrested for POSS MARIJ <2OZ at 3:54 a.m. His bond has been set at $1,000.00.
• Rhonda Wyatt was arrested for *GOB* FRAUD USE/POSS IDENTIFYING INFO # ITEMS < 5 at 1:38 p.m. Her bond has not been set at this time.
• Leon Farley was arrested for VIOL BOND/PROTECTIVE ORDER and INTERFER W/ EMERGENCY REQUEST FOR ASSISTANCE at 10:04 p.m. His bond has been set at $500.00.

Out of the 556 beds available in the new jail, there are 423 in use by inmates currently in TGCDC as of Wednesday morning.

The following were booked into the TGCJ on Tuesday: (07/07)

• Mariah Kincaid was arrested for POSS MARIJ <2OZ, NO DRIVERS LICENSE, LICENSE PLATES - OBSCURED and POSS DRUG PARAPHERNALIA at 1:02 a.m. Her bond has been set at $2,388.00.
• Arturo Ornelas was arrested for POSS MARIJ <2OZ at 3:54 a.m. His bond has been set at $1,000.00.
• Jocelyn Perez was arrested for POSS MARIJ <2OZ at 4:08 a.m. Her bond has been set at $1,000.00.
• Steve Garza was arrested for *RPR* POSS MARIJ <2OZ at 2:32 a.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
• Rhonda Wyatt was arrested for *GOB* FRAUD USE/POSS IDENTIFYING INFO # ITEMS < 5 at 1:38 p.m. Her bond has not been set at this time.
•  Victor Martinez was arrested for ASSAULT CAUSES BODILY INJURY FAMILY MEMBER at 6:22 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
• Dezarae Enriquez was arrested for THEFT PROP >=$100<$750, UNAUTH USE OF VEHICLE, EVADING ARREST DETENTION, and MISC THEFT CLASS C T 7:45 P.M. Her bond has been set at $1,444.00.
• Leon Farley was arrested for VIOL BOND/PROTECTIVE ORDER and INTERFER W/ EMERGENCY REQUEST FOR ASSISTANCE at 10:04 p.m. His bond has been set at $500.00.
