BROWNWOOD, TX — After driving into a front yard and running over four people on Sunday afternoon, 38-year-old Margaret Marie Harper was charged with intoxication manslaughter.
According to KTXS, several people were unloading furniture when Harper drove her 2006 F-150 into the front yard of a Southside Drive home.
Harper hit and killed 28-year-old Kimberly Renee Allen of Brownwood. A second unidentified adult female was flown to John Peter Smith Hospital in Fort Worth, a 5-year-old child was flown, and an 8-year-old child was transported to Brownwood Regional Medical Center.
According to the Brownwood Police Department Harper is facing three counts of intoxication assault with a vehicle and driving with an invalid license in addition to intoxication manslaughter.
