SAN ANTONIO, TX — A 58-year-old man was arrested for allegedly sexually assaulting a teenager. According to the arrest report, the suspect became upset and angry when the teen attempted to end the assaults.
According to KABB, Kenneth Flournoy was accused of performing sex acts on the teen in exchange for money, drugs, and transportation.
Authorities obtained access to the victim’s phone and found several text conversations between Flournoy and the victim.
"The defendant sent texts to the victim stating that he was in love with her and there were texts about things they did sexually," the arrest report stated.
Investigators also located a video that shows a conversation where “the defendant stated he was aware of the victim's age in the video. According to investigators, “he also stated he loved the victim and he would keep talking to her, but she needed to decide if she wanted him in her life."
In the video, the victim doesn’t allow the assaults to continue and Flournoy becomes upset.
"The victim asked the defendant if he was upset because she wouldn't allow him to kiss her and wouldn't allow him to [perform sex acts] on her anymore. The defendant acknowledged that those things were part of the reasons why he was mad at her," the report stated.
Flournoy has been arrested and charged with the sexual assault of a child.
