Suspect Tells FBI Someone Put A Pipe Bomb Inside a Judge's Home

SAN ANTONIO, TX – A San Antonio man has been arrested after he called the FBI claiming there was a pipe bomb hidden inside the home of a former judge.

According to KABB, 38-year-old Eric Flores called the FBI office and said “he was working covert for people who informed him there was a pipe bomb at the judge's address and multiple people were trying to kill him.

He told agents he didn’t know the judge’s address, didn’t know how to spell her name, and couldn’t explain how he knew about the alleged bomb.

The judge, Sharon Macrae, presided over the 290th District Court but is now retired. Police discovered Flores had been a defendant in the judge’s court.

Flores had called the San Antonio Police Department last week to report a bomb pipe as well.

He has been arrested and is being charged with Terroristic Threats to a Peace Officer/Judge, which is a felony.
