Major Water Main Break Closes Santa Rita Street

SAN ANGELO, TX – One of Santa Rita busiest streets will be cut off for the next few days in order to fix yesterday's water main break. 

As previously reported, on May 20, crews with the City of San Angelo's Water Distribution were called out to the intersection for the report of a water main break. Here is the Original Story: WATCH: Massive Water Main Break Floods Santa Rita Streets

During the initial bust water filled Paseo De Vaca in about an inch of water. Check out the video here. 

Crews are currently fixing the street and have dug a massive whole that will take days to repair. 

For now the intersection is closed and residents will have to take the long way around.
