SAN ANGELO, TX – At approximately 11:57 a.m. San Anglo Police Officers responded to a major motor vehicle accident at the intersection of MacKenzie and W. Avenue N.
Watch: Two Vehicle Crash Sends Driver to Hospital
According to Officer Long of the San Angelo police, the red Dodge pickup was traveling east on Avenue N when it attempted to turn north onto MacKenzie St. The driver failed to yield the right of way and was struck by a red Nissan Sentra that was traveling west on W. Avenue N.
The driver of the Dodge pickup was transported to Shannon Medical Center with unknown injuries. He will be issued a citation for failing to yield the right of way. No further injuries were reported.
