Man Jailed for Aggravated Kidnapping Monday

Tom Green County jail saw 28 inmates walk through its doors on Monday, many of which were jailed on warrants, committments, multiple charges or were repeat offenders. 

Among those jailed, one man was picked up for aggravated kidnapping, his second charge of this type in the past six months. In addition, the bookings report reflects six theft charges, five pot charges, three possession charges, two assault, two DWI and two aggravated assault with a deadly weapon charges. 

There was also one evading arrest, one public intoxication and one car theft. 

Thirty-eight inmates were released on Monday.
