SAN ANGELO, TX — The Tom Green County Sheriff’s Office will partner with the Texas Department of Transportation on a holiday enforcement effort aimed at identifying impaired drivers from Dec. 12 through Jan. 1, officials announced.
The initiative is intended to reduce crashes involving intoxicated motorists during the holiday season, according to the sheriff’s office. Deputies and TxDOT partners will increase efforts to locate and detect impaired drivers throughout Tom Green County during the enforcement period.
