SAN ANGELO, TX — The Lake View Chiefs hosted the Hereford Whitefaces on a beautiful Saturday afternoon in San Angelo.

Hereford was able to hold off a Lake View comeback attempt in the Chief's last non-district game of the season.  Wide receiver and defensive back Johnny Espinosa had a fantastic game.  The senior scored their only two touchdowns of the game on two long passes from quarterback Albert Rodriguez.

Lake View (3-4) has a chance to rest this week before its district opener against 5-2 Seminole.  Hereford improved to 4-3 on the season.
