SAN ANGELO, TX — Wall, Mason, and Sterling City all remained in the top 10 in Dave Campbell's Texas Football's weekly class rankings.
Wall defeated Clyde 35-7 to improve to 6-0 on the season and remain planted at #3 in Class 3A DI. They will head to Tuscola to play fellow unbeaten Jim Ned on Friday night in a crucial intra-district matchup.
Mason pulled out a close win against Bracketville on a last second touchdown pass to Tad Kirby. Despite the win, the Punchers dropped from #8 to #10. They are 4-2 on the season and face Junction Friday.
The dynamic Sterling City Eagles stayed at #8 in the Six-Man DI rankings after cruising past Water Valley 56-8. They head to Westbrook to take on the Wildcats this week.
