Historic Midland Stadium Renamed After Legendary Trainer

MIDLAND, TX -- Midland Memorial Stadium has officially been renamed after historic trainer James "Doc" Dodson. 

According to the MRT, on August 24, Midland ISD held a ceremony to rename the Midland High Bulldog's Stadium after Doc. 

The widow of Dodson, Gayle, and other members of the family were honored during the ceremony.
