Sitel is Hiring

Sitel is hiring more call center customer service agents at its San Angelo call center, 2702 Loop 306.  In a press release, Sitel's human resources director said, "We hire talented people who share our passion for providing exceptional customer service."

According to Sitel officials, a new contract with large client was recently signed and San Angelo will fulfill the call center operations. "Our clients come from various industries including financial services, health/fitness, and utilities. Calls may involve billing inquiries, account or product inquiries, product or service orders, installation scheduling or technical product troubleshooting. Upselling may be required,” the job description states.

Starting pay is $9 per hour, with reviews for raises based upon job performance in 60 days, six months, and one year.

Sitel is offering a $50 at the time of hire for employee referrals. For Sitel employees, the company is offering  $50 at time of the hire, as well as an additional $50.00 if the new employee is employed for 30 days. Then, an additional $150 is offered for 90 days employment. For the referred, new employee, a $50 sign-on bonus is offered at the time of hire.
