Toyota Collides with Schwan's Truck, Tree After Disregarding Stop Sign

 

SAN ANGELO, TX -- Two people escaped injury after a collision between a Schwan's truck and a Toyota sedan sent the sedan into a tree at the intersection of N. Van Buren St. and Webster St. on Wednesday.

According to the officer on scene, the silver Toyota was traveling north on Van Buren St. when the drive disregarded a stop sign and entered the intersection. The Schwan's truck entered the intersection from Webster, hitting the Toyota, which then collided with a tree.

The drivers of the Toyota and Schwan's truck refused medical treatment at the scene.

The driver of the Toyota was cited for failure to yield right of way.
