Myriad of Charges Mark Tuesday Jail Bookings

Thirty-five inmates were booked into the county jail on Tuesday, many of which were jailed on committments and warrants from previous convictions.

Seven charges of theft and two forgery charges were listed on the daily bookings report, alongside four possession and four pot charges. Two were jailed for DWI, while one charge for each of the following offenses were listed: possession of dangerous drugs, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, sale of alcohol to minors, assault, public intoxication, sex offender's duty to register, resisting arrest and engaging in organized crime.

Twenty-seven inmates were released on Tuesday.
