Water Valley Searching for New AD, Head Coach After Woolf's Resignation

WATER VALLEY, TX -- The Water Valley Wildcats will have a new head coach and athletic director when the 2019 football season begins.

Keith Woolf announced his resignation from the post after two years of leading the Wildcats on Tuesday and confirmed to San Angelo LIVE! Wednesday morning.

We reached out to Water Valley ISD Superintendent Fabian Gomez for comment. Our request for comment was not immediately returned at the time of publication.

Woolf held a 9-12 record at Water Valley during his two years and led the Wildcats to the 2017 district championship. Water Valley finished 4-6 in 2019 after realignment moved them to same district as Garden City and Sterling City.
