SAN ANGELO, TX -- A noontime crash on Sherwood Way and Johnson St. diverted traffic and sent one person to the hospital by ambulance.
San Angelo Police Department Investigating officer Welch says a gray Mazda was headed westbound and a black Chevrolet Tahoe was eastbound.
The Mazda turned left in front of the Tahoe and the vehicles crashed.
The driver of the Mazda was transported to San Angelo Community Medical Center with non life threatening injuries.

Officer Welch said he was interviewing witnesses before determining who will receive what citations.
