Diverse Crimes Jail Perps Thursday

Diversity was the word among inmates booked Thursday, when 22 perpetrators were charged with a long list of crimes, some on multiple and some on warrants and committments.

Theft charges led Thursday's report, accounting for four total. Assault followed with three, and marijuana, possession, manufacture/delivery of a controlled substance, public intoxication, and indecency with a child sexual contact each accounted for one charge. 

One inmate was booked on many charges, including burglary of a habitiation, theft, evading arrest, pot and manufacture/delivery of a controlled substance.

Of the 35 inmates released on Thursday, three had been charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and one with organized crime.
