SAN ANGELO, TX -- Brace for a second night of hard freezing weather Tuesday night.
According to the National Weather Service Office in San Angelo, temperatures will drop to the mid 20s tonight and stay there for several hours.
The difference is that the winds will remain mostly calm tonight so wind chill values will not be as low.
Another hard freeze will occur across all of West Central Texas tonight, with temperatures dropping into the low to mid 20s.
Wednesday will see a slight warming trend with afternoon temperatures reaching 55 degrees in the San Angelo area.
Wednesday night temperatures are expected to hover around freezing with gradual warming throughout the week.
Tonight's 24 degrees will still harm plants and pipes and pets. Be sure to take the necessary steps to protect all three!
