McDonald's brings back McRib, but only for a limited time

SAN ANGELO, TX – McDonald’s announced yesterday that the McRib sandwich is back after nearly one year off the menu, but only for a limited time.

“While McDonald’s has ushered in many new items this year such as fresh beef in our quarter-pound burgers, we know our fans love this limited time classic,” McDonald’s Chef Mike Haracz said in a press release.

The sandwich, which last appeared on menus in November 2017 and features a boneless pork patty, barbecue sauce, onions and pickles, is now available at more than 9,000 participating restaurants across the country, including the locations in San Angelo.

On November 1, McDonald’s will release a new breakfast item called the Triple Breakfast Stack featuring two sausage patties and two slices of American cheese, topped by Applewood-smoked bacon and an egg. Guests can choose from English muffins, biscuits, or McGriddle cakes, according to a press release.
