SAN ANGELO, TX-- The 2018 volleyball season concluded on Tuesday.
Nine teams from the Concho Valley clinched playoff berths.
The San Angelo Central Lady Cats had the best season in the area, finishing with an overall record of 32-6.
Sonora and Wall split the District 4-3A crown on Friday. Sonora won the tie-breaker in five sets on Saturday to lock up first place.
Here are the UIL volleyball playoff pairings heading into the Bi-District round:
Class 6A
- San Angelo Central vs Fort Worth Trimble Tech; Tuesday, Oct. 30, 6:30 p.m. @ Clyde
Class 3A
- Sonora vs Presidio; Tuesday, Oct. 30, 6:30 p.m. @ Fort Stockton
- Wall vs Crane; Tuesday, Oct. 30, 6:30 p.m. @ Sterling City
- TLCA vsTornillo; Monday, Oct. 29, 6 p.m. @ Fort Stockton
- Grape Creek vs Alpine; Monday, Oct. 29, 6 p.m. @ Crane
Class 2A
- Miles- bye; Area vs Albany; Saturday, Oct. 3, 5 p.m. @ Brownwood
Class 1A
- Water Valley- bye
- Bronte vs Mullin; Tuesday, Oct. 30, 6:30 p.m. @ Coleman
- Veribest vs Evant; Monday, Oct. 29, 7 p.m. @ Brady
