Police Identify Fugitive Caught on Video Stealing Packages

ABILENE, TX -- Police in Clyde, TX have identified a man wanted for stealing packages who was caught on video.

KTXS is reporting that 24-year-old Billy Mack Graves of Abilene was identified in a video which shows a man stealing packages from a house in the Shalimar neighborhood in Clyde.

He is also wanted for questioning in an active investigation by Abilene Police.
