Arrests High on Thursday

DWI was the top ranking charge on Thursday, accounting for four of 37 inmates booked into the Tom Green County Jail. Forgery appeared on the bookings report for the second time this week as one inmate was charged with forgery of a financial instrument and a second was booked on three counts of the crime.

There were three inmates charged with drug possession, one of which was also busted with marijuana, and there was one PI, one assault and one graffiti charge.

Thursday also saw one inmate jailed for littering and one for stalking.

Thirty-two inmates were released from the jail.
