SAN ANGELO, TX-- Week 5 meant the start of district play for five area teams.

Central opened up District 3-6A with a 26-21 win on the road over Weatherford. Ballinger, Coleman, Grape Creek and TLCA all opened up play in District 4-3A Division II.
