Smashing Windows, Shots Fired and Evading Arrest Top Arrest Blotter

 

SAN ANGELO, TX — This week has been a busy one for the San Angelo Police Department. The following are people and their charges from the SAPD arrest blotter:

David Lee Ellichman Jr., 31, was arrested for prohibited weapon, resist arrest/search/transport, two counts of possession of controlled substance, and two warrants on Monday during a parking violation investigation at the Allsup’s on N. Main Street.

Two juvenile males, ages 16 and 15, and one juvenile female, age 13, were arrested for (respective) resist arrest/search/transport, interfere with public duties, and fail to identify giving false information after police were dispatched to the Visor’s Center for the report of criminal mischief in progress. One of the male juveniles also attempted to kick out the window of the patrol unit and during the investigation it was discovered the group had smashed windows out at a residence in the 400 block of W. Highland.

Julian Guerrero, 18, was arrested for evading arrest detention and possession of controlled substance on Monday during a shots fired investigation near the 2300 block of N. Chadbourne.

Rachel Ann Marquez, 35, was arrested for theft of property with two or more previous convictions on Wednesday after police were dispatched to the Walmart on S. Bryant Blvd. for the report of a shoplifter.

Stephanie Rachelle Yearout, 35, was arrested for theft of property on Tuesday after police were dispatched to the Walmart on S. Bryant Blvd. for the report of a shoplifter.

Rachel Delores Martinez, 24, was arrested for public intoxication on Tuesday after police were dispatched to assist the Fire Department with an unconscious subject in the 2400 block of S. College Hills Blvd.

Anthony James McCarthy, 57, was arrested for public intoxication and four warrants on Wednesday after police were dispatched to the area of 6th and N. Chadbourne Street for the report of indecent exposure.

Timothy James Michalewicz, 51, was arrested for theft of property after police were dispatched to Chandler’s Bar and Grill for the report of a theft in progress.

Guadalupe Trevino, 24, was arrested for interfere with public duties and public intoxication on Wednesday after police were dispatched to Twin Peaks, 1601 Knickerbocker Road, for the report of an unknown problem.

Kevin Scott Ward, 41, was arrested for unauthorized use of vehicle following a stolen vehicle investigation that rapidly unfolded in the 200 block of Oxford Drive. Units quickly converged on the area and relayed the vehicle information. Ward was spotted by officers, driving the stolen vehicle near S. Bryant and W. Avenue N. He was taken into custody during a traffic stop in the 4000 block of S. Chadbourne.

Terry Wayne Williams, 50, was arrested for criminal trespassing on Monday after police were dispatched to the Stripes at 802 E. 19th Street for the report of an unwanted subject.
