Walmart Shoplifter and Woman with Warrants who Lied to Police Highlight Booking Report

SAN ANGELO, TX — Here are the booking reports for Wednesday and Thursday from San Angelo PD.

Jason Manuel Pimentel, 22, was arrested for unauthorized use of vehicle and theft of property after police were dispatched to the area of San Antonio and N. Garrett Street in reference to an unauthorized use of a motor vehicle in progress. Pimentel was connected to retail theft before he and the stolen vehicle were located. Stolen property was also located and returned to the retailers.

Jesse Lee Eakins, 41, was arrested for possession/delivery of drug paraphernalia after police were dispatched to the Red Lion Hotel, 441 Rio Concho Drive, for the report of suspicious activity.

Dustin Banks, 34, was arrested for unauthorized absence community correction facility on Wednesday just after 4:00 p.m. The arrested agency was Tom Green County Sheriff’s Office. Banks’ bond is set at $7,500.

Mike Belman III, 32, was arrested for theft of service with no further information.

Joel Castorena, 39, was arrested for criminal mischief after Police were dispatched to the 800 block of Texas Avenue for the report of a burglary in progress

Frank Dominguez III, 29, was arrested for public intoxication  with no further information.

Amber Grooms, 21, was arrested for failure to identify giving false/fictitious info after she lied to Police about her true identity during an investigation near the 300 block of Mesquite. Grooms had outstanding warrant for RPR*POSS MARIJ <2OZ and CPF X 2. She also received a Citation for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Jessica Marie Gutierrez, 36, was arrested for interfering w/ public duties during a domestic violence investigation at the Whataburger on N. Bryant Blvd. Otoniel Retana, 37, was arrested for interfering w/ public duties and assault which causes bodily injury family.

Michael Dewayne Harris, 43, was arrested for public intoxication and resisting arrest search or transport after Police were dispatched to the 2200 block of Stanton Street for the report of an unwanted subject. Harris continued to resist for jail staff and had to be restrained at the jail.

Joe Samuel Lopez, 33, was arrested for a parole violation warrant and subsequently charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. No further information was released.

Robert John Markwell, 25, was arrested for a warrant for J/N*possession controlled substance and subsequently charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana in the 1400 block of Pulliam Street.

Taneshay Tierra Newsome, 25, was arrested for failure to identify giving false/fictitious info after she lied to Police about her true identity during a traffic stop in the 3500 block of U.S. Highway 67.

Courtney Mae Ocallaghan, 36, was arrested for theft of property and criminal trespassing after Police were dispatched to the Walmart on Sherwood Way for the report of a shoplifter. Ocallaghan stole over $100 USD in Walmart merchandise.

Eddie Phillip Stewart, 30, was arrested for public intoxication in the 800 block of W. 18th Street.

Stewart, Sally Margaret AKA Caudill- age 50 was arrested for disorderly conduct abusive language after Police were dispatched to the Allsup’s on N. Main for the report of an unwanted subject.

Two juvenile males, aged 13 and 14, were arrested for criminal trespassing.
