2nd Speedway Murderer Takes Plea, Gets 35 Years in Prison

SAN ANGELO, TX -- The second suspect in the Speedway murder took a plea deal Monday afternoon sending her to prison for 35 years.

LuDonna Gail Yoder, 42, was facing 5 to 99 years or life in prison for the Dec. 2005 murder of Michelle Miller.

Miller's husband, Robert Lamar Miller, also took a plea deal Monday which sends him to prison for 38 years.

As we reported earlier, Yoder described to authorities how Robert Miller killed his wife and they buried the body at a house in Grape Creek.

Yoder was represented by defense attorney Jimmy Stewart.  In the plea deal, Yoder cannot appeal the case or request a new trial.

District Judge Jay Weatherby remanded Yoder to the custody of the Tom Green County Sheriff's Office until she can be transported to the Texas Department of Criminal Justice.
