After some investigation, a flooded area near W. Twohig Ave. and S. Taylor St. was discovered because of a busted 20-inch water main pipe.

Early this morning, the area was a river of water as City Water Department crews worked tirelessly to isolate and then fix the broken water main. The City warned nearby water customers that service to their homes and businesses may be affected.
