Two N. Bryant Ave. Lanes Closed at 14th St. Due to Major Two-Vehicle Accident

 

Two vehicles were involved in a major accident at N. Bryant Ave. and 14th St. Two lanes of Bryant are closed as the accident is being cleared. Both drivers were sent to the hospital with injuries.

Update 4:30 p.m.

Traffic is being redirected on to 14th St. for the next 40-45 minutes. Two victims went to Community Medical Center and one went to Shannon. 

Update 4:41 p.m.

Around 4:00 p.m. a Red Jeep was Northbound on Bryant and struck by the White Equinox heading West on 14th. Both drivers of the vehicles and a passenger were sent to the hospitals with unspecified injuries. At this moment police are still investigating.

Maybe we have to put driving etiquette into our Driving test curriculum. Look - both ways, Wait , Watch , Listen , then Look again. Oh yes, leave ten minutes early so I'm not playing PAC - MAN at the wheel. Lastly , kids in the car ? NO PHONE !! Lights on for safety, signal more than one click ( that's not 300-500 ft to signal your intention). PS : sorry to hear someone got injured.
