Harvey Still Wreaking Havoc on Texas; Catastrophic Flooding Continues for Days

 

SAN ANGELO, TX -- “This is a life threatening situation.”  NOAA at 4 p.m. Saturday warned that Harvey may not be a hurricane anymore, but catastrophic damage will continue for days.

 

“Harvey has barely moved during the  last few hours and little movement is anticipated.  Harvey could easily meander for the next 4 or 5 days over southeast.”

 

This storm has killed one and continues to threaten the lives of millions of Texans.
