Man Charged with Online Solicitation in Endangered Runaway Case

An endangered runaway was recently located when SAPD Officer T. Dietz recognized a male suspect with a female publicized as the runaway, 15-year-old Patricia Morgan.

Dietz was on patrol just before midnight Friday in the 2500 block of Blum when he observed two people walking, one of which was Matthew Skelton. Dietz approached two and identified them as Skelton and Morgan.

Morgan was released to a family member.

Skelton was placed under arrest and charged at the Tom Green County Jail with Harboring a Runaway Child and online Solicitation of a Minor.
