Vendors For Annual Pops Concert Must Apply For Permits By June 26

 

SAN ANGELO, TX -- Vendors wanting to sell their wares at the July 3 Pops concert at the RiverStage must apply for a permit with the Parks and Recreation Department by 5 p.m. Monday, June 26.

The permit application is available online at cosatx.us/parks, on the City of San Angelo-Public Information Facebook page and at the Parks and Recreation Department offices in Santa Fe Crossing, 702 S. Chadbourne St. The office is open from 8 a.m.-5 p.m. weekdays. There is no fee for the permit. The completed form may be returned in person to the Parks and Recreation office or emailed to [email protected].

San Angelo Host, the City’s contracted concessionaire, has sole rights to sell food, drinks and other items in the block that encompasses the RiverStage, the San Angelo Museum of Fine Arts and Love Municipal Pool.

Outside of the event area, permitted vendors may set up at their designated spot from 8 a.m.-8 p.m. July 2 and from 8 a.m.-noon July 3. They may sell their goods only from noon-10:30 p.m. on July 3. Vendors must vacate their spot by midnight after the event ends.

Vendors must also get other required permits, including food and vending permits.
