Police Seek Information on Missing 15-year-old Patricia Morgan

The San Angelo Police Department is seeking information on endangered runaway Patricia Morgan. Morgan, 15, has been missing since Feb. 25 in San Angelo and may be using fake names to protect her identity. She may also be in the company of 37-year-old Matthew W. Skelton.
