18-Year-Old Driver Flips Pickup on Houston Harte

 

SAN ANGELO, TX - This afternoon, San Angelo Police and Medics dispatched to the 2400 block of Houston Harte for the report of a major crash. An 18-year-old driver flipped a truck after losing control of the vehicle.

An SAPD officer at the scene said the motorist was driving eastbound on the Houston Harte, failed to control speed, tried to go around another vehicle, lost control and flipped the vehicle.

The teenager was transported to a local hospital, but his injuries are unknown. The officer said the driver complained of a head injury.

The officer also said the driver will receive a citation for failure to control speed.
