Sunday Slow Day for Crime

After an exciting weekend involving man hunts, Sunday proved to be a much slower day for law enforcement.

Alcohol crimes accounted for four of the inmates booked into Tom Green County Jail, with public intoxication and driving while intoxicated each contributing two.

Two inmates were booked for drug possession, while three were booked for theft, one of which was for theft of a firearm.

There were 19 inmates booked into Tom Green County Jail, while 30 were released.
