SAN ANGELO, TX - Yesterday, a San Angelo man LIVE! reported on for having been arrested twice this week for indecent exposure and public intoxication (see here) was arrested once more. However, this time, he was arrested for theft of property at Walmart, located at 610 W. 29th St.
Officer Gonzalez, public information officer for the San Angelo Police Department, said police were dispatched to the Walmart for the report of theft of merchandise averaged at a cost of $100 but less than $750.
"Officers located Marsh inside the store, sitting on a shelf with a bag full of merchandise by his side," said Gonzalez.
The same day of the theft, Marsh was released from the Tom Green County Jail at 6:49 a.m. on another Surety Bond for $442. This was after his arrest for Public Intoxication.
This marks Marsh's 8th arrest in Tom Green County.
Including Marsh, 21 people were booked into the TGCJ since our last update. Out of those arrests, eight people had outstanding warrants; 11 people were booked on new complaints; and two people had both new complaints and outstanding warrants.
