38-Year-Old Man Arrested for Impersonating a Public Servant

SAN ANGELO, TX – This was a busy weekend for local law enforcement. Fifty-nine people took a trip to the Tom Green County Jail, including Robert Lynn Milgrim, 38, who was arrested on two outstanding warrants out of Howard County for impersonating a public servant.

Officer Tracy Gonzalez, public information officer for the San Angelo Police Department, said on Sept. 24, at around 5 a.m. in the 1900 block of South Concho Drive, officers located Milgrim as a result of a domestic dispute issue.

Two other men, Juan Arturo Arredondo, 27, and Samuel Wesley Worster, 30, (images below) were arrested Saturday just before 2 a.m. on outstanding warrants as well after participating in a bar fight at Fiddlestring’s Club and Sports Bar, 3301 Arden Road.

Officer Gonzalez said Arredondo was a passenger in a blue car that had been detained in an investigative stop, and as a suspect vehicle that fled the night club after the fight. Several patrons were involved in the fight, and caused property damage to the establishment.

“The investigation of the fight and criminal mischief at Fiddlestring’s is ongoing,” said Gonzalez.

The crime to top the weekend arrests, however, was public intoxication. Thirteen people were arrested in all.
