SAN ANGELO, TX – ASU’s Office of Communications and Marketing announced that CollegeValuesOnline.com, a college resource for prospective undergraduate and graduate college students, has ranked ASU's Online Master of Science (M.S.) in Applied Psychology No. 2 amongst "the nation's top 20 'Best Value Colleges for an Online Master's in Psychology'" for the year 2016-17.
ASU's M.S. Program in Applied Psychology was ranked second only behind the online master's program at Idaho State University, beating schools like University of North Dakota, University of Hartford, and Liberty University. CollegeValuesOnline.com uses a wide variety of criteria to rank online master's programs including "accreditation, awards and recommendations, program customization options, teaching methods, research and scholarship opportunities, and related student organizations."
ASU's M.S. Program in Applied Psychology also ranked sixth of the "Top 10 'Most Affordable Online Master's in Psychology'” in 2016, a ranking published by CollegeChoice.net, another resource for prospective undergraduate and graduate students. CollegeChoice.net ranks programs based on tuition cost and program flexibility. ASU was the only university in Texas ranked by CollegeChoice.net. The complete ranking list can be found here.
