Intersection at Harris and Bell Street Closed Until Noon

From 9 a.m. to noon today, the intersection of Harris and Bell streets will be closed to through traffic in all directions for the replacement of a traffic signal destroyed in a weekend crash. The intersection will reopen as soon as the installation is complete.

City officials are asking drivers to use an alternate route and avoid the area.
